What are your thoughts on P.E. lesson plans?

I use a reward system (like stickers or points) and it completely solved this issue.

Have you tried using visual aids? It really helped my students stay focused.

I've completely given up on this approach and switched to project-based learning instead.

It really depends on the grade level, but generally I find strict boundaries help.
